⚠️ Pre-Launch & Waitlist Phase Notice

Revertii is currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase. No accounts are being created for general public use, and no payments are being processed. These Terms of Service apply to early waitlist signups and will govern full accounts and subscriptions once the service officially launches.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revertii ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revertii is a privacy-first subscription tracking application that helps users monitor, organize, and manage their recurring expenses. The Service operates as a cloud-synced platform, storing user subscription data securely in our cloud infrastructure and syncing it across the user's devices.

3. User Accounts

To use Revertii, you must create a secure account by providing a valid email address. We support authentication via email/password and Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free & Pro Tiers

Revertii offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free Tier: Allows tracking of up to 5 subscriptions with core features at no charge.
• Pro Tier: Unlocks unlimited subscription tracking, push reminder alerts, and advanced analytics. Available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time Lifetime License. Your subscription limits change immediately upon upgrading.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, handling billing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription or license, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refund requests are processed through Paddle.

7. Lifetime License

A Lifetime License grants perpetual access to all current Pro features for as long as the Service continues to operate. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with 90 days' notice.

8. Data & Privacy

Revertii is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your subscription data is securely stored in our cloud infrastructure (encrypted at rest) and synced across your devices. The Service does not link to your bank logins and does not sell or share your financial data with third-party brokers. The Service may collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry event logs (such as the name and cost of a subscription added or removed) to compile general market metrics. This telemetry contains no personal identifiers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro license or Lifetime License to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Revertii is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
